The development of close relationships with potential employers is among the key priorities of the program. We intend to build strong partnership network with healthcare, food and agricultural institutions and companies, scientific-technological centers and clinical diagnostic laboratories; biological analytical services; sanitation safety services, pharmacological and pharmaceutical companies, food processing companies; research and consulting services and other institutions.
This kind of collaboration with prospective employers has to be mutually beneficial since it provides:
- Active participation of interested parties in market –oriented curriculum development process in order to meet employers’ demand. All the recommendations and comments concerning the program structure and content as well as teaching methodology will be discussed and analyzed;
- Establishment of work placement for students during the study period that will help them to gain actual work experience and practical skills needed to develop their professional careers.
- Implementation of various joint research and education development initiatives including preparation of the Bachelor’s project and the Master’s thesis.
To succeed in the above mentioned activities, the Programme Advisory Board has been set up. The board includes potential stakeholders – entrepreneurs, representatives of different scientific-research centers and regulation services, relevant companies and enterprises. The board will provide assistance in developing multilateral strong links between the University and stakeholders.
