Today, in Georgian educational system a reform is taken place, the main goal of which is the integration with the whole European educational environment. This process first of all requires the equalization of graduates learning outcomes and competences to international standards. Thus, it’s important to analyze how these outcomes are achieved in European universities, explore what teaching methodologies are used and what tendencies and novelties in teaching approaches do exist.
